How much does each session cost?

I charge £80.00 per session for general therapy and £200 for a Stop Smoking hypnotherapy session. Fees are reviewed on an annual basis.

What payment methods are available?

I can take payment by direct bank transfer or by most debit/credit cards. Fees are payable 24 hours in advance of each session.

When are appointments available?

I offer appointments on weekdays between 10.00am and 4.00pm (with the last appointment at 3.00pm). Unfortunately, I do not offer evening or weekend appointments.

How long is each session and how many will I need?

General therapy sessions last from 50 minutes to one hour. It’s difficult to determine how many sessions you’ll need as people vary greatly. I’ve seen people debilitated by anxiety make remarkable progress in just 6 weeks. Others need longer term support. It really depends on you. Unlike many other professions, my goal is to make myself redundant – I will never work with you for longer than you feel is necessary.

A stop smoking hypnotherapy session lasts up to two hours.

What if I need to cancel a session?

I require 48 hours notice for cancelled appointments. I reserve the right to charge the full session fee outside of this notice period. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.
